The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and filter coffee maker. In the living area, you have Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The whole house is heated electrically, complemented by a fireplace insert in the lounge—firewood is provided free of charge. For families, a high chair and a baby cot are available. Outside, enjoy a 1,300 m² garden and two open terraces, perfect for outdoor meals with a barbecue. The peaceful setting ensures a relaxing stay while keeping you close to beaches and tourist sites. The rental adjoins the owners’ house in a quiet hamlet, just 4 km from the center of Ploubalay. You’ll be near the beaches of Lancieux, Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, and Saint-Briac, as well as famous sites like Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, and Mont Saint-Michel. Towels and bed linen are provided, beds are made on arrival, and heating is included in your stay.
